By accessing or using this Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website.

1. Eligibility

If the dispute remains unresolved for a period of 30 days, it may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitration proceedings shall:

  • Be seated in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.
