Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases on swanbotanicals.com from Swan Botanicals, a brand of Eshwar Karthikeya Organics Private Limited. As our products are personal-care and cosmetic items, hygiene and safety considerations apply to returns, as set out below. This Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by contacting shopatswan@gmail.com or +91 79896 50789 with your order number.
- Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under the conditions below.
- We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, non-serviceable locations or suspected fraud; amounts already paid will be refunded in full.
2. Returns & Replacements
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where the product is damaged, defective, expired or incorrect, as below. We accept return/replacement requests only if:
- You received a damaged or leaking product;
- You received a defective or expired product;
- You received the wrong product or an incomplete order.
Conditions
- Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shopatswan@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened is strongly recommended and may be required for damaged, wrong or missing-item claims.
- The product must be unused (except as needed to discover the defect) and returned with original packaging, seal, labels and any free items.
- After we receive and verify the product, we provide a free replacement or, if unavailable, a refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products opened, used or with a broken seal (except the damaged/defective cases above);
- Products returned without original packaging, labels or seal;
- Items bought under clearance, combo or promotional offers, unless damaged or defective;
- Free gifts and complimentary items.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval (for COD orders, via bank transfer/UPI to the details you provide).
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong product).
- Time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
