This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on swanbotanicals.com from Swan Botanicals (a brand of Eshwar Karthikeya Organics Private Limited) are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You receive confirmation and tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery is 4–9 business days from dispatch, depending on location and courier serviceability. Remote or non-metro areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout based on order value and delivery location. We may offer free shipping above a specified value or during promotions.

4. Payment Options

We offer prepaid payment (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets) and, where available, Cash on Delivery (COD). COD may carry a nominal handling fee and may not be available for all pin codes or order values.

5. Tracking

Once dispatched, track your order using the link/number shared with you. For help, contact us with your order number.

6. Delays

Deliveries may be delayed by factors beyond our control such as weather, natural events, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions. We are not liable for such delays but will help you track and resolve them.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery. Re-shipping of return-to-origin (RTO) parcels for such reasons may attract additional charges.

8. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes. If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, see our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video.
